We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That's why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in Europe & USA by FEDEX, USPS, DHL, and DPD.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.

DELIVERY TIMES

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 20 business days depending on your location. Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for order processing, and note that all shipping times exclude customs clearance delays.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Due to free shipping, tracking is not always available. If your tracking shows "No information available at the moment," please allow 1–5 business days for the carrier's system to update before contacting us.

LOST / MISSING PACKAGES

Gadgeneral is not liable for packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If we have made an error on our end, we will take full responsibility and reship at no charge to you.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any customs fees once items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that one or more packages may be subject to customs duties or fees upon arrival in your country.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have requested combined shipping.
