Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at service@gadgeneral.com as soon as possible. Once packaging and dispatch has begun, we are unable to make changes.

Refunds

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Simply contact us and we will provide a return address and arrange a replacement or refund as you prefer.
